Qualification Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Public Administration, Economics, Community Development, Sociology, or other allied courses; •Technical expertise on GAD, analytical skills, client service, results orientation, knowledge management, coordination and networking, planning and organizing, technical writing and presentation skills; •At least two (2) years experience in any of the following development work: advocacy, policy analysis and development, organizing, coordination and networking; •Familiar with Gender and Development (GAD) issues and gender mainstreaming; •Civil Service Eligibility for a second level position; •Eight (8) hours of relevant training in project development and management, capacity development, training management and delivery; and •With excellent communication (writing and oral) and facilitating skills.
