We are in need of COLLECTION AGENT REPRESENTATIVE who will be collecting all past due accounts in credit card. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are willing to dig deep and work hard to get to the next career/income level and learn a new industry. You will be expected to stay focused and to take direction and be a team player.
Responsibilities:
• Contact consumers by telephone to collect delinquent accounts
• Demonstrate effective negotiation and communication skills
• Negotiate and establish payment arrangements
• Verify and document all personal identifying information
• Provide thorough, efficient and accurate account updates
• Conduct skip tracing when necessary
• Perform tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
• At least completed 2nd year college or a graduate of associate courses (2years)
• with or without experience
• Supervisory Experience a plus
• Motivated self-starter with excellent communication/persuasive skills
• Must possess high analytical, comprehension and problem solving skills
• Can work effectively and efficiently under minimum supervision.
