Customer Care Specialist for a Nonvoice account

Tired of taking calls? Why not be a CSR under a Nonvoice account? You will assist customer via Email only. Fantastic right?

General Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficient in the use of computers and internet
applications
- Completed at least 2 years of college education,
or a 2-year diploma/certificate course
- Willing to work in a schedule-shifting
environment, including graveyard, holiday and
weekend shifts
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Premium pay is offered to candidates with
previous international contact center experience
- Applicants with NBI, SSS, and TOR/Diploma will be prioritized.
