· Should be experienced in x-ray analysis of clinker & cement and chemical test for quality control

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

1. To analyze clinker and cement products to achieve the quality targets

2. To conduct physical test such as Baline, whiteness, cement residue etc.

3. To analyze weigh feeder gypsum, weigh feeder clinker & Yard clinker as per given frequencies

4. To perform chemical tests for S03, free Lime & determination of Major components of CLK & CMT by rapid wet methods incase of X-ray shut down

5. Extent coordination with X-ray Analyst to complete shift jobs & other additional assignments

6. Preparation of Std samples of Clinker & cement X-ray calibration check

7. In case of abnormality of kiln & or/ cement mill products, testing of hourly samples have to be done for quality control purposes

8. To conduct X-ray analysis of special samples & other related tests

9. To keep clean all the working areas & apparatuses in use

10. To accomplish additional testing assignments as required by the Lab Supervisor such as sieve analysis for determining gradation, bulk density of raw materials & products and L.O.J
