Filipina Manila Based Accountant

We are a manufacturing company based in Manila and we're in great need of an accountant with a degree and great experience Requirements: •Below 31 years of age •English language (spoken/written) (company partners are foreigners) •Computer literate" Internet savvy/able to use modern technology for greater productivity (use of Google docs & spreadsheets, accounting softwares, quickbooks, and other applications that foreign countries use •Accounting skills •Managerial skills •Honest and straightforward •Business-concerned" Flexible working times/days •Work 9 hours a day (5 to 6 days a week Compensation: •PHP 14,000 to 16,000.00 (Philippine currency) per month •Special holiday/ Overtime pays •Entitled to all SSS/PhilHealth/Pagib ig/etc. upon regularization •Other compensation such as food and allowance will be discussed upon interview. We are a start up company that has its future written on a long term basis so you're commitment to this job will be needed primarily. We aim that you have great experience in this field since we only aim for the best people entering our company. Your experience doesn't have to be based in any year you've worked for big companies. What we mean by experience is your heart that you put in the skill you possess. This is the experience we look for. We also want you to be concerned in the business we are establishing, not just an employee-mentality with hardly any concern with the growth of the company. We also aim for a greater productivity which means you should be greatly versed with modern technology foreign countries use for accounting purposes, such as quickbooks, google spreadsheets, etc. Part of your job will be to establish our business foundation as well, such as SEC registrations, SSS/ Philhealth, benefits, and others to make our business fully functional.Further details of our company will be discussed upon interview.
