Monitoring and Evaluation Officer - CIDA GWP

Qualification Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree, preferably with M.A. units in any of the following: Public Administration, Economics, Women and Development, Sociology, Development Studies and Demography or allied courses;
•With at least three (3) years experience in results-based monitoring and evaluation, advocacy, program analysis, organizing and coordination, organizational development, capacity building, and other development management work;
•Preferably, familiar with Gender and Development (GAD) issues and with knowledge and experience in the business of government including its systems, structures and procedures;
•Civil Service Eligibility for a second level position;
•With 16 hours of training in monitoring and evaluation, database management, capacity development, process documentation and Gender and Development; and
•With excellent communication (writing and oral) and facilitating skills.

Salary: Php28,134 (SG22) + Php2,000 allowance
