We are looking for call center agents (CSR/TSR).



Customer Service Representatives

- answer customer inquiry and concerns



Technical Support Representatvives

-troubleshoot computer/technical problems over the phone



QUALIFICATIONS



- at least high school grad

- 18 years of age and above

- amenable to graveyard and shifting schedules

- willing to work in Metro Manila

- above average communications skills

- free to work fulltime (no summer jobs, internships and part-time jobs)

- call center training/experience is an

advantage but not a requirement
